Body : The First Office to Manage

Spread the love

Body a juxtapose of various anatomical systems, ‘The First Office to Manage’.

When we think of our body, it’s that which holds all of the tangible parts of ‘US’ within.

Why am I calling it to be the ‘First Office’ to manage ?

Body and organs

Well, because there are basically 7 agencies or departments which are functioning within this office, namely :

1- The Circulatory System: (The Logistics & Supply Management Agency )

The body has the heart located at the centre of the chest. It’s connected with the juggernaut of networks of arteries and veins. This facilitates the circulatory system. The main function of it is to pump blood to all parts of the body and to bring it back to the heart again. The heart being the pumping centre of blood to all part of the body, it is also the channel through which food and minerals reach all the cells. It’s like the logistics and supply centre of the body facilitating all the essential communications, transfers cross location couriers. It’s very essential to keep the system healthy by intake of proper food and vitamins. Healthy intake of food and vitamins keeps the blood stream keep healthy and optimize the immunity. It keeps the circulatory system fit. However, it is again interdependent on the respiratory and digestive systems to be provided with the essential minerals and food to be carried to all the cells.
* It’s why we are suggested to take lots of fruits and fresh vegetables and healthy diet and also involve in cardio-vascular exercises.

2- The Respiratory System: (The Canteen and Food Supply )

The lungs is situated surrounding beside the heart in a protective way. It is the place where oxygen (the food for life) gets filtered from the atmosphere, to mix with the blood to reach all the cells. It’s the canteen which facilitates the oxygen to be extracted from the raw air of the atmosphere. It then plates it for the blood to carry it to the cellular systems.
It’s the production centre of the food for all the cells. Thus again a very essential part of the body to be kept in best condition, to prepare the food for all the cells in ample quantity for best results. However, it is again dependent on the digestive system to also receive the nutrients to help it function in a proper way.
* It’s why we are suggested not to smoke and practice respiratory exercises.

3- The Digestive System: ( The Accounts and Collections department )

The Stomach and the intestine are the place where the food intake lands up. These are the collection centres of the body which helps the receiving of the food and to process and digest it for the best output which can be used by the body to produce energy and to grow. It is like the accounts and collections centre. It facilitates the functioning of all the departments smoothly and provides aid to all the departments to carry out their operations. However, the collections have to be on proper time to facilitate the above and again dependent on the respiratory and circulatory systems too.
* It’s why we are suggested to have a balanced and healthy diet and again exercise.

4- The Excretory System: ( The Operations / processing and Housekeeping Services )

The kidney, liver, large intestine, urinary system etc. contribute to the excretory system. It helps in processing and removing the unwanted elements from the body and facilitate retaining of only the essential elements by the body.It is just like dumping and closing non-essential activities in the organization and optimizing it for the best outputs. Thus making it more healthy and optimally functional. Again interdependent on the other systems of the body.
* It’s why we need to eliminate the wastes everyday and follow healthy habits.

5- The Muscular System: ( The Marketing and Branding Team )

This is like the system which supports the function of all the teams by helping actions of the body, maintaining posture, and circulating blood throughout the body. The movement of the body is none without it.
It facilitates the coordination and involves all the parts of the body to communicate with one another to make it a better functional system. It again needs support of other departments to show its optimal results.
* It’s why we intake protein containing food and again exercise for healthy and fit muscles.

6- The Skeletal System: ( The Organizational Structure and Architecture )

It’s the framework that supports, protects and maintains the structure of our body. It gives the whole body a stature that it desires to be. also supporting various parts like respiratory and digestive etc to be in protection. It’s like that governing principles of an organization beyond which it can’t operate. However it is also based on the healthy operation of all the other systems.
* It’s why we seek to intake calcium containing food and again exercise.

7- The Brain and the Nervous system: ( The CPU and Main Switch )

It’s like the motherboard and the CPU of the body which is the guiding body of all the actions the the body performs. It has the power to control motivate and instigate action in any part of the body. It’s that part of the body aware of all the activities and feelings of all the parts of the body. It guides the action and also directs the body to facilitate and carry out essential actions to facilitate proper functioning of the whole body. Again provided that it receives proper nutrients and supply form the digestive and respiratory system.
* It’s why we seek proper intake of food and essential vitamins and again meditation and exercise.

Thus with the above departments or agencies been taken care of, the primary office operations is balanced. This would help us to replicate our actions and workings towards the outer world / work stations in the same efficient and impressive ways. Again understanding the fact that no department in an organization can be aloof from the other and perform single handedly. All the department are interdependent on one another and one should realize the true way to progress is to support the function of one another.
